General Terms and Conditions
We work hard, to make sure your puppy is Happy, Healthy, and free of all "puppy pests.”
Puppies are wormed every 2 weeks and vaccinated at 6, 9, and 12 weeks. Dew claws have been removed.
All medications and vaccines stated on the pet's medical record are given by me, following my veterinarian's recommendations, with the exception of a rabies vaccine. Please call me if there are any questions.
We guarantee our puppies to be healthy at time of purchase.
Customer is required to take puppy to their veterinarian within 72 hours / 3 working days after purchase for a general health check.
We guarantee against any serious live threatening genetic defects: i.e. heart, lungs, and kidneys until 12 months of age. This guarantee does not cover - Eye problems, skin problems, Coccidia, Giardia, worms, or any parasite. Temperament (since temperament is almost always due to the environment), Parvo, Coronavirus, distemper, hepatitis or any other contagious disease/infections, luxating pattelas, hernias or undescended testicles or retained testicles.
In the event of a serious live threatening genetic defect, I will request a written statement from two Veterinarians in separate practices and I reserve the right to have the puppy examined by my veterinarian. If our veterinarian confirms your veterinarian's diagnosis, then we must keep the puppy and in return give you another puppy if one is available or refund to you the purchase price.
If your puppy should die of any genetic problems, an autopsy from a state veterinary lab is required for replacement or refund of the puppy's price only. (Shipping price is not refunded)
We Do Not Pay Vet Bills for any reason.
Size, Show quality, being suitable for breeding purposes is not guaranteed.
Puppies may go home after 8 weeks. If they are not picked up by 9 weeks old then board of $5 per day will be charged and must be paid in advance.
All puppies must be paid for in full prior to leaving our home. We require full payment of all puppies at least 2 days prior to leaving or by 8 weeks of age unless prior written arrangements have been made.
If you decide to pay by personal check, your check must clear prior to the puppy leaving so please allow extra time for your check to clear. We do accept PayPal as our preferred form of Payment.
If you cannot pay for your puppy in full and have not made other arrangements with us by the time the puppy is 8 weeks of age, we will relist the puppy for sale.
If we are shipping your puppy the cost of shipping as well as the cost of the puppy will be paid in advance 5 days prior to shipping.
